Shipping & Delivery – Zaya Mae
At Zaya Mae we do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all information about processing time, shipping costs and delivery times.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders over £100.
For orders under £100, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Delivery Times
Standard delivery (within Europe): 5–10 business days after processing
Standard delivery (outside Europe): 7–10 business days after processing
⚠️ Please note: delivery times are an indication. During busy periods (such as holidays or sale events), delivery may take longer. Customs checks or delays with carriers may also take additional time.
4. Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can track your package at any time via our Track & Trace page.
All orders are always shipped with a trackable shipping method.
5. Delays & Issues
Although we do our best to deliver within the expected delivery times, Zaya Mae cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, such as:
- Customs checks
- Weather conditions
- Busy periods at carriers
