2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer from Zaya Mae and to every agreement concluded through our webshop, regardless of the customer’s country of residence.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer’s selected market.
  • EU & UK: prices include VAT (21% NL / 19% DE / 20% UK).
  • Australia: prices include GST (10%).
  • USA: prices are shown excluding state sales tax; any applicable tax is added at checkout.
  • Payments can be made securely via credit/debit card or other options listed on our website.
  • Discounts and promotions are temporary and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within the processing time stated on our website (normally 1–3 business days).
  • Delivery times are indicative and depend on third-party carriers.
  • Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping (see website).
  • Any additional import duties, customs fees or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU & UK

  • Customers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase and return products within 14 days of receipt
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.

USA & Australia

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Local consumer protection laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law) provide additional rights that cannot be excluded.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene products (all regions)

  • Sports bras, underwear and similar products can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, the right to return is forfeited.

6. Final Sale

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged.
  • They may be returned within 14 days under the right of withdrawal/return conditions, provided they meet the requirements above.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether a product is marked as Final Sale (this is clearly stated on the product page).

7. Product Information & Care

  • Products must be washed and cared for in accordance with the care label.
  • Zaya Mae is not liable for damage caused by incorrect washing, improper care, or intensive use.

8. Liability

  • Zaya Mae is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the products.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping by third-party carriers, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

9. Warranty

  • Statutory warranty rights apply in all regions.

  • Where no mandatory local rights apply, the agreement shall be governed by English law, and disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
