Return Policy – Zaya Mae
At Zaya Mae we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return procedure via our return portal
- All returns must be registered through the Zaya Mae Return Portal. Returns by email will not be processed.
- A return request will be reviewed within 7 days. Only after approval may you return your order.
- After approval you will receive the return address.
- Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer. You will receive a return label once these costs have been covered.
- Return shipments must always be sent with a trackable shipping method (track & trace code). Returns without a tracking code will not be processed.
- Once your return has been approved and is on its way, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in the original packaging with the original label. No stains, odors, pet hair or other damage.
- The item must not be a Final Sale product.
- No returns are accepted for underwear when the hygiene seal is broken, socks, or towels. The hygiene seal must be attached and undamaged.
Zaya Mae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Additional information
For return requests concerning swimwear or defective items, customers must always upload photographic evidence in the return portal (max. 6 images, 5MB per file).
Zaya Mae is not liable for return shipments that are not registered through our return portal, not returned via the instructions provided, and/or sent without a tracking number.
